Marketing - we will put together a detailed marketing plan draw from the successful campaigns that we have implemented for other disposals. This will also include a detailed budget and implementation of the agreed actions.

Negotiations - we will handle all the negotiations with all potential occupiers and deal with the drafting of terms and facilitate all the necessary discussions that will lead to a successful transaction.

Legal and contractual evaluations - we liaise closely with our clients' appointed solicitors in order to ensure that the form of lease/contract accurately reflects the terms agreed and that no unnecessary burden will be placed on the client.
